BLEPHAROPLASTY
Blepharoplasty is an aesthetic surgery of the face that allows to recover the beauty and freshness of the eyes, by eliminating bags, dark circles and excess skin. The eye area is the one most affected by the passage of time. In particular, the tissues of the upper and lower eyelids are very delicate and lose their tone and elasticity as the skin ages. This results in a tired and fatigued appearance, even very often there are patients who, due to the excessive loss of tissue on the upper eyelids, have a reduced eye opening and therefore worse vision. With blepharoplasty, the eyes regain harmony with the rest of the face and, above all, a fresher and happier appearance.
FACE LIFT - NECK LIFT
Facial Lifting and Neck Lifting are cosmetic facial surgeries that correct imperfections due to skin ageing of the face and neck, restore tone and, above all, a more youthful and relaxed appearance.

Otoplasty is a cosmetic surgery to correct certain defects of the ear and is one of the interventions with no age limit, although it is preferable to wait until the end of the development of the auricle (the ears are already almost fully developed by the age of 5-6). With otoplasty, it is possible to reposition and reshape these so-called "fan-shaped" ears, which are, especially in early adolescence and not only, the cause of teasing, and therefore of shame and discomfort. This procedure not only corrects the typical "wavy ears", but also reduces the earlobe or corrects possible malformations of the auricle.

A prosthesis, that it is filled with cohesive of silicone or serum solution has lifetime that cannot be estimate precisely. A priori, an implant of quality theoretically does not have a limited lifetime. There is no expiration date after which the change of implant is mandatory. Thus, in the absence of a complication, the implant can be preserved as long as the patient wishes.

Dressings
The first dressing is change after 24 to 48 hours and is replaced by a lighter one. Two to three days later the it is replaced again by a sports bra for 4 weeks during nights and day.
Time out of work
It is advisable to consider a convalescence time from 8 to 10 days. Complete physical activities and sports can be resumed after two months.
The results
Patients are generally very pleased with in immediate result, however the shape improves with time. Beyond the aesthetic improvement, the psychological repercussion is generally beneficial.
Types Of Face Augmentation.
Small breasts (breast hypoplasia) might be genetically determined, but may also be caused due to breast-feeding or result from significant weigh lost. The objective of a breast augmentation or breast enhancement procedure is to achieve the desired breast size/volume. This is done by:

- By fat graft or fat transplantation harvested from another part of the body.
